In such cases, we are committed to responding quickly and resolving these issues to your satisfaction. If you have any quality concerns with your order, we encourage you to contact our dedicated experts within one month of receiving your goods. Our team will promptly assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

However, the following situations are not eligible for reworking/refunding:

Products whose logistics status has exceeded 1 month from the date of receipt.

Products damaged due to human factors (including dragging, playing, accidental drops, etc.).

Printing color discrepancies within 15% of the CMYK values as determined by professional instruments (color deviation is a normal phenomenon in printing; if you have strict color requirements, please contact us to purchase a hard proof).

Subjective perceptions such as “not as imagined,” “feeling colors are too dark or too light,” “different from what is seen on the computer,” etc.

Errors in the chosen product size, material, and surface treatment, or errors in the provided original design files leading to printing mistakes.

Dissatisfaction with the inherent characteristics of the material, such as copperplate paper lacking anti-counterfeiting properties, matte film being prone to fingerprints, etc.
